Jen sat on a swing, watching her brother and sister chase each other around the park. Her hair was up in a ponytail with a small gray bow on the scrunchie. She had her MP3 player on, she had one earphone off so she could hear her siblings if they needed help.

Matt was bored to death and of course had nothing really to do. He was walking through the town when he came to the park he seen a girl sitting on the swing listening to music while two other younger kids were running around.

Jen sighed and looked around the park. She didn't see anyone besides her brother and sister, and someone a little ways away. She smiled politely and turned off her MP3 player, putting the earphones in her pocket.

Matt pushed his hair out of his face. He watched as the girl put her Mp3 player away and smiled at him. He scanned the trees around the park surpised he hadn't seen any other vampires............yet. He sighed and went over to a bench and sat down it was nice to have some peace.

Jen watched as he sat down on a bench. I wonder if he's new in town? she wondered. She went to go and say hello. "I'm Jen, nice to meet you."

Matt had closed his eyes listening to the sounds around him ehe heared the footsteps before her voice. He opened his eyes "Hello" he said "I'm Matt."

He looked at were she did seeing the two younger kids "Thoes your siblings?" he aske they looked related.

"Yeah, Kyle and Mari. I've been looking after them for my mom." She played with her fingers. "They're quite a handful," she said, giggling.

"Not that I know of I grew up in an orphanged" he said.

"Sounds harsh," she said, looking over to him. "I can't imagine having to grow up with Kyle and Mari in an orphanage."
